3. Mailing list

If you join my mailing list, I use your name and email address to send you occasional emails about new work, exhibitions, what is happening in the studio and the stories behind the paintings.

I use MailerLite to manage my mailing list and send emails. MailerLite processes subscriber information on my behalf as a data processor.

If you contact me through my website or by email, I use the information you provide to respond to your enquiry and, where relevant, to discuss artwork sales, commissions, exhibitions or other professional matters.

Depending on the nature of the enquiry, the lawful basis for this processing may be taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, performing a contract, or my legitimate interests in communicating with people who contact me about my work.

Contacting me does not automatically add you to my mailing list.
